1) Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Awomowa. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Awomowa’s website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Awomowa, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• Vendor / Business: Any business subscribing to Awomowa services.
• Customer / End User: Any person interacting with a Vendor through Awomowa-powered chat, forms, or campaigns.
• Platform: Awomowa website, apps, tools, and related services.

1.2 Awomowa’s Role

Awomowa provides technology tools (including AI chat and CRM) to help Vendors communicate with Customers and manage leads. Awomowa does not sell, deliver, or fulfill Vendor products/services and does not verify Vendor compliance.

1.3 Vendor Responsibilities & Compliance

Vendors are solely responsible for what they sell and must follow all applicable government laws, regulations, licensing, and safety requirements. Awomowa is not responsible for Vendor products, services, promotions, pricing, refunds, or fulfillment.

1.4 Customer Acknowledgement

Customers understand that Vendor products and services are provided by Vendors, not Awomowa. Awomowa is not responsible for disputes between Customers and Vendors.

1.5 Data Sharing Between Customers and Vendors

When a Customer interacts with a Vendor using Awomowa, the Customer’s information may be shared with that Vendor so the Vendor can respond and provide services.

1.6 Promotions, Lucky Draws & Surveys

Vendors may run offers, lucky draws, or surveys. Vendors are responsible for compliance and prize fulfillment. Awomowa is not responsible for selection of winners, prize delivery, or disputes.

1.7 Subscriptions & Billing (Vendors)

Vendors may be charged subscription fees based on the selected plan. Subscription renewals may be automatic unless cancelled. Fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

1.8 AI Chat Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Vendors are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of business information and AI settings.

1.9 Prohibited Use

Users may not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal content, spam users, or violate privacy laws.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awomowa is not liable for Vendor products/services, lost profits, delivery issues, disputes, or indirect damages.

1.11 Changes to Terms

Awomowa may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
